Obesity is an abnormal or excessive fat accumulation that presents a risk to health. Obesity can be due to excessive intake of food, lack of exercise (sedentary habits), hormonal imbalance as seen in thyroid disorder, ovarian disorder, weight gain after delivery, or even hereditary. Obesity is a major risk factor for a number of chronic diseases like diabetes, cardiovascular disease, joint disease, difficulty in breathing during sleep (sleep apnoea), and cancer (breast, intestine, endometrium). The most common measure of obesity is the body mass index or BMI.
BMI of 18.5 to 24.9 is normal, BMI of 25 to 29.9 is overweight, BMI over 30 is obese.

Dosage
Direction for use:
2 tablets 3 times daily over an extended period.
