How does the delivery process work?

  • Once our system processes your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in a perfect condition.
  • After they pass through the final round of quality check, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner.
  • Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possiblity. In case, they are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.

My order has been shipped. Now how can I track it?

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation message on your registered email / phone number. As we prepare and ship your order within 24-48 hours of the confirmation (some time can take more time due to unavoidable  circumstances), you can then check the status of your package through ‘My Orders’ section.

What is the estimated delivery time?

10-20 days business days after product dispatch.

We usually dispatch most orders within 1-3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays)

While we are trying our best to avoid this situation, these products might delay your order.

  • If you are ordering our products from a Mega Sale event, dispatches may be a bit delayed due to increased volumes. We will target to dispatch all orders within 5 days of order date.

Once the product has been shipped, cancellations are not allowed. Please ensure your order is correct before confirming. If you have any issues, contact customer service immediately, but note that cancellations post-shipping cannot be accommodated. Thank you for understanding.

Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery, please suggest an alternative i.e., a family member, colleague, neighbor, etc.
We do not takes responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.

All post-delivery related grievances or complaints should be registered within 24 hours of receiving intimidation regarding delivery/ receiving the product.

Returns will be applicable only in the unlikely event of damaged, defective or different item delivered to you, we will provide a full refund or free replacement as and when applicable (If Product is returnable or Product damage during Transit or wrong products deliver). We would contact you to ascertain the damage or defect or wrong products in the product prior to issuing refund/replacement. My order will be shipped in multiple shipments? What does this mean?

Don’t worry! This is a completely normal situation. This just means that different parts of your order may have simply been shipped from our different warehouse locations. Rest assured, you will not charge extra for this.

Does ship outside India?

Yes, we ship internationally

What is the return Period for any order?

The return period for any order is of 21 days after placing order.
